Return Policy

An approved Customer Return Authorization (CRA) must accompany all returns.  Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.  Request to return merchandise should be directed to a GOCORE.com representative.


GOCORE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR PRECUT WIRE AND CABLES.  ALL PURCHASES ARE SUBJECT TO MANUFACTURE’S RESTOCKING POLICIES.


Items shipped in error by the drop ship manufacturer or GOCORE can be returned when accompanied by an approved Customer Return Authorization (CRA), providing you submit claims for missing or incorrect merchandise within fifteen (15) working days of freight bill receipt date.


Any items returned at customer request are subject to a restocking charge. 


All shipments should be made prepaid to our shipping warehouse at 2801 Diode Lane,  Louisville, KY  40299


CRA’s are valid for thirty (30) days.  Credit for return will be issued after the material has been received and inspected by the designated GOCORE representative.


RETURNS TO MANUFACTURER:  GOCORE will secure a CRA from the manufacturer.  The CRA will be sent to you containing return instructions and documents.  Material must be returned per the enclosed instructions.  Credit will be issued when we receive credit from the manufacturer.
